The Organizing Committee of the TICAL2020 Conference and the 4th Latin American e-Science Meeting announced this Monday, March 8, the opening of the early bird registration period for the two events, which will be held in Cuenca, Ecuador, between August 30 and September 2.

The early bird registration guarantees discounted rates for those who register until July 31. The registration in TICAL and e-Science includes, in addition to the participation at the events, participation in the social dinner, delivery of event material, lunch and coffeebreaks. Remember that only the registration guarantees the participation quota.

Call for papers

The calls for papers for both conferences remain open until April 20. TICAL and the e-Science Meeting will address the topic "The Digital Route of an Intelligent University". Applications must be submitted in strict compliance with the format and form established in the bases of both calls and in their respective Authors' Guides.

For each work selected to be part of the parallel sessions of the program, RedCLARA and the BELLA-T Project (promoter of the e-Science Meeting) will pay the cost of registration at the Conference and of the stay for four nights (from Sunday 30 from August to Tuesday, September 2, 2020) in regime with breakfast included, in the host hotel for the author (one person) who will present the project.
